Having lived in the Charleston area all my life, I find it easy to assist you in finding the right neighborhood feel you desire. I love our coastal community and all the amenities, history, marsh views and restaurant scenes. My parents were business owners and working with them taught me how to relate to people, overcome obstacles in the way, and self-discipline. I enjoy playing league tennis year round, volunteering on my neighborhood social committee, and facilitating a small Lupus Support Group. Working with me is like having your own personal cheerleader getting you to the end zone whether buying or selling!

Negotiating and facilitating all the "moving parts" of a real estate transaction, working closely with buyers to break down the process, finding the appropriate financing solutions, explaining terminology, and having a little fun along the way are my strengths. With a MBA and 15 years of accounting experience, I have the skills to analyze market trends and provide sellers accurate pricing to reduce days on the market.
